What is the Issuer Portal

The Issuer Portal is a browser-based tool where company administrators manage everything related to their shares and shareholders — from the cap table to running a live investment round. It’s designed to be the single place to run all share-related activity, whether your shares are digital or traditional.

What Can You Do With It?

Company Settings

Set up and maintain your company profile — logo, description, bank accounts, admin users, and signing permissions. You can also generate tax reports directly from the portal.

Shareholder Registry

Add new shareholders, edit existing shareholder information, and download your full shareholder registry as a PDF or CSV at any time. Blockchain-based share transfers are captured and reflected automatically — no manual updates needed.

The portal handles both traditional (paper-based) and digital shares side by side. You can log manual share transfers for traditional shares, while digital share transfers update the registry automatically in real time.

Investing & Trading

Control your live investment activity directly from the portal — set the share price, define how many shares are available, enable or disable investing at any time, and manage incoming funds. For secondary trading (investor-to-investor), you can set up your Investor Page and monitor trades.

Who Has Access?

Access is role-based. Board members and authorized administrators can log in securely using the Aktionariat Portfolio App as an authenticator. Multiple admins can be invited and managed from within the portal.
