Requesting Signatory Power

To sign proposals in the Issuer Portal, a team member must first be granted signatory power.

Prerequisite: Team membership

Only existing team members can request signatory power. If the person isn’t a team member yet, add them first.

How to Request Signatory Power

1. Open the Issuer Portal and navigate to the “Team” tab.
2. Click “Request Signatory Power” in the top right corner.

3. Verify your wallet and select the chain.
4. Choose your co-signatories.

5. Click “Create a Proposal”. This generates a proposal that must be approved by team members who already hold signatory power. Once they sign it, the signatory power is granted.

The team member must complete the following steps in the Aktionariat Portfolio App before requesting signatory power:

• Set up a profile
• Confirm their e-mail address
• Write down their seed phrase (recovery key)
