The Tokenization Package includes everything in the Free Package, plus the full suite of tools for issuing, selling, and trading tokenized shares.

All features from the Free Package — Issuer Portal, digital shareholder registry, traditional share operations, multisig, on-chain signatory powers, and the Portfolio App.

Convert your company’s shares into ledger-based securities on the blockchain under Swiss DLT law. Tokenized shares carry the same legal weight as traditional shares but can be transferred, traded, and managed digitally.

A branded, public-facing page where investors can learn about your company and invest directly. No development work required — configure it entirely through the Issuer Portal.

Enable crowdinvesting and employee participation programs. Investors can purchase shares directly through the Investor Page using bank transfer or cryptocurrency, with automatic share allocation upon payment.
