Tokenization Package
The Tokenization Package includes everything in the Free Package, plus the full suite of tools for issuing, selling, and trading tokenized shares.

What’s Included

Equity Tokenization
Section titled “Equity Tokenization”Convert your company’s shares into ledger-based securities on the blockchain under Swiss DLT law. Tokenized shares carry the same legal weight as traditional shares but can be transferred, traded, and managed digitally.
No-Code Investor Page
Section titled “No-Code Investor Page”A branded, public-facing page where investors can learn about your company and invest directly. No development work required — configure it entirely through the Issuer Portal.
Direct Investment
Section titled “Direct Investment”Enable crowdinvesting and employee participation programs. Investors can purchase shares directly through the Investor Page using bank transfer or cryptocurrency, with automatic share allocation upon payment.
Secondary Trading
Section titled “Secondary Trading”Allow shareholders and new investors to buy and sell shares through an integrated order book or automated market maker. This provides liquidity for your shareholders without requiring a stock exchange listing.
Smart Contract Features
Section titled “Smart Contract Features”Access to Aktionariat’s full smart contract suite, including:
- Drag-along — Automated enforcement of drag-along clauses for acquisition scenarios
- Allowlisting — Configurable transfer restrictions to comply with statutory requirements
- Share recovery — Decentralized mechanism for recovering lost shares
- Sponsored transactions — Let shareholders transact without needing to hold cryptocurrency for gas fees
Client Services and User Support
Section titled “Client Services and User Support”Dedicated support from the Aktionariat team for onboarding, configuration, and ongoing operations. This includes assistance with setting up your Investor Page, configuring smart contract parameters, and resolving shareholder questions.
Legal Setup
Section titled “Legal Setup”Tokenizing shares requires a proper legal setup, including updated Articles of Association and investor agreements. Legal services are not included in the package pricing. See Legal Background for details.
