Eligibility

To be eligible for a share tokenization with Aktionariat, your company must fulfill all of the following requirements:

Eligibility Checklist

• Legal form: The entity must be a Swiss registered company limited by shares (Aktiengesellschaft / société anonyme). LLCs (GmbH / Sàrl) and other legal forms are not eligible.
• Business type: The entity must be an operating business, or a holding company owning more than 50% of the shares of an operating business. Investment companies, funds, real estate holdings, and similar structures are not eligible.
• Share capital: The share capital must be fully paid-in at a minimum of CHF 100,000.
• Treasury shares (for Direct Investment): If the company intends to sell shares via the Direct Investment, it must hold the shares being sold as treasury shares. Creating treasury shares requires additional paid-in capital reserves equal to the nominal value of those shares.
