How to Use the Investor Page

The Investor Page is an issuer-controlled platform where you can view company information, invest directly in tokenized shares, and trade on the secondary market — all in one place. It can be accessed via the company’s website or the Aktionariat Portfolio App.

What You Can Do on the Investor Page

  • View real-time price, market, and company data
  • Participate in the primary market (buy newly issued shares from the company)
  • Participate in the secondary market (buy and sell shares with other investors)
  • Track your ownership, balances, and share classes

Accessing the Investor Page

Without signing in

Anyone can browse company information, market data, and legal documents without an account.

Signing in

A sign-in is required to invest or trade:

  1. Click Sign In
  2. Enter your email address and click Send
  3. Check your inbox and complete sign-in via the link

Private Investor Pages

Some companies restrict access to approved investors only:

  1. Click Get Access
  2. Enter your email and click Send
  3. Wait for the company to review and approve your request

Existing shareholders are redirected automatically.

Primary Market — Buy Shares Directly from the Company

  1. Click Buy Shares under Direct Investment
  2. Enter the share quantity (price is calculated automatically)
  3. Choose your payment method: bank transfer or ZCHF cryptocurrency

Bank transfer

  1. Click Connect your wallet
  2. Connect via the Aktionariat Portfolio App or a compatible wallet (scan QR code)
  3. Accept the Investment Terms
  4. Click Create Order
  5. Complete the bank transfer using the displayed payment details
  6. Shares are delivered once payment is received

Cryptocurrency (ZCHF)

  1. Connect your wallet (Portfolio App or compatible wallet, scan QR code)
  2. Accept the Investment Terms
  3. Click Initiate Purchase
  4. Provide two signatures:
    • Grant Spending Permission — authorizes ZCHF spending
    • Confirm Purchase — executes the transaction
  5. Shares transfer automatically upon on-chain confirmation

Secondary Market — Trade with Other Investors

The secondary market lets investors buy and sell existing shares directly with each other. Prices are determined by supply and demand, and ownership transfers are recorded on-chain.

BidThe highest price a buyer is currently willing to pay
AskThe lowest price a seller is currently willing to accept
SpreadThe gap between the bid and ask price
Order BookA list of all open buy and sell orders organized by price level
Limit PriceYour maximum buying price or minimum selling price — all trades are limit orders, giving you full price control

Placing a buy order

  1. Select Buy
  2. Enter the share quantity
  3. Set your limit price (maximum you’re willing to pay)
  4. Review whether your order will match instantly or remain pending
  5. Connect your wallet and provide two signatures:
    • Grant Spending Permission
    • Confirm Purchase

Upon an instant match, ZCHF is deducted and shares are credited to your wallet.

Placing a sell order

  1. Select Sell
  2. Enter the share quantity
  3. Set your limit price (minimum you’ll accept)
  4. Review the match status — orders may execute partially or in full
  5. Connect your wallet
  6. Review the trading fee (1.9% of share value)
  7. Provide two signatures:
    • Grant Spending Permission
    • Confirm Sale

Upon an instant match, shares are deducted and ZCHF is credited to your wallet.
