How to Set Up Your Wallet with the Aktionariat Portfolio App

Get the app on your mobile device:

• Download on the App Store (iOS)
• Download on Google Play (Android)

Launching the App for the First Time

1. A wallet is automatically created and linked to your device on first launch
2. A security check is required each time you open the app:
   • iOS: uses FaceID, TouchID, or device PIN
   • Android: set a custom PIN (biometrics such as fingerprint are optional)
3. Go to the Connect tab to view your Ethereum address

Your Ethereum address (e.g. 0xF9525F6512639ade2ECA93d819eA938ea1b2E3bA) stores your Ether, CryptoFrancs (DCHF), and any tokenized shares.

Backing Up Your Wallet

Back up before you need it

If you lose your phone or uninstall the app without a backup, you will lose access to your assets. Aktionariat AG cannot recover your wallet or seed phrase.

• You control your wallet — no password reset or recovery is possible
• Your seed phrase gives full access to your funds — never share it with anyone

Steps:

1. Tap Backup Address in the app
2. Tap Reveal Seed Phrase — make sure no one is watching your screen
3. Write down the 12 words and store them safely, ideally offline and waterproof
4. Confirm the backup by re-entering the seed phrase in the correct order

Completing Your Profile

To be properly listed in shareholder registries and access all app features, you must confirm your email and complete your personal information.

1. Confirm your email

1. Go to the Profile tab
2. Tap Register Email Address
3. You will receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify

Note

You can register multiple email addresses, but only one is set as your primary email. Primary emails cannot be removed.

2. Update your personal information

1. In the Profile tab, tap Update under Personal Information
2. Enter your full name, address, and other required details

Note

You will not appear in the official shareholder register until this step is complete.

You’re All Set

Once your wallet is set up, you can:

• Import existing wallets (e.g. MetaMask) using a seed phrase or private key
• Track wallets using Watch Address — no private key required
• Buy and sell tokenized shares via the Aktionariat Brokerbot
• Connect to WalletConnect-compatible DeFi apps such as Uniswap or Aave
• Sign in to the Issuer Portal with your wallet
