Investor Pages
Every company that uses Aktionariat gets its own Investor Page — a dedicated, branded page managed by the issuer. It serves as the central hub for investors to learn about the company, view market data, and interact with their shares.
Company and Token Information
Section titled “Company and Token Information”Each Investor Page displays key details about the issuer and its tokenized shares:
- Company profile and description
- Token details (name, symbol, contract address)
- Current share price and market capitalization
- Shareholder agreements and token holder agreements
This gives investors a single place to review all relevant information before and after investing.

Direct Investment and Secondary Trading
Section titled “Direct Investment and Secondary Trading”Depending on the company’s configuration, an Investor Page can offer:
- Direct Investment — Buy newly issued shares directly from the company during capital raises or ongoing crowdinvesting campaigns
- Secondary Trading — Buy and sell shares with other shareholders through an order book or automated market maker
Both features are subject to the company’s choices. Some Investor Pages may have only direct investment enabled, only secondary trading, both, or neither.
Shareholder Positions and Data Management
Section titled “Shareholder Positions and Data Management”Investor Pages can display shareholder positions — both traditional and tokenized — giving investors a consolidated view of their holdings in the company.
Investors can also use the Investor Page to manage their registered shareholder information, such as updating their name, address, and other details required for the company’s shareholder registry.
